Our service advisor Jamie was on point handling our starter replacement. He handled everything from a loaner vehicle to keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle. We were very impressed with everyone in Serra's service department.

Great customer service , great communication and very personable.

It was my first oil change on my new Equinox, first of hopefully many. My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50 and within 2 minutes Becca was there to take care of my car. I barely had time to finish my cup of coffee, it's now 8:45, Becca was telling me my car was ready to go. I'm hoping every time I need to take my car in for no matter what type of service my experience is this good.

Process went very smoothly

Paul Horton aka "Small Paul", was an absolute dear. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle's features and patient with our questions and concerns. A solid 10 !!
