My sales representative, Carlene, was very knowledgeable about what cars were on the lot and available. I'm picky about the color I wanted, Red, and she immediately knew the dealership has 2 Equinox available. She quickly picked up the keys and I test drove one of them. When we came back I told her that I wanted this car. She explained all the new features and even offered for me to come back so she could go over any of them that I didn't remember after my first trip. She's a dedicated employee and knows how to treat a customer.
