    When my wife called the service dept to set up our first service with our brand new car, she was met with rude service people who didn't want to help her and kept hanging up on her. After several attempts to schedule this service and met with the same rudeness she finally got frustrated and told me she would just have someone else do the service (Wyatt-Johnson). She has always had great service there and has little interest in dealing with rude service reps. I called Tony (our salesman) and he had Beau from the service dept call me and we got things sorted out. From there is a great experience. I hope moving forward that the rude folks can find a different job that they can be happy in. (Probably not customer facing). Almost a very frustrated client, but Tony saved y'all. Go give him a big thanks because we were set to call it quits with Serra.

    This was the first service due on my 2025 Silverado. The service was quick and free. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the service personnel were friendly.

    Everything went well & very communicative. Only issue was as I was leaving walking to my car after paying for the service in the garage area, there was a form of small liquid on the floor where I didn’t notice & slipped on it & almost falling on my backside, but almost did splits. I laughed it off & wasn’t injured, just my ego/embarrassment.Not sure who saw it happen except one customer who smiled at me cause I was laughing with embarrassment.I’m sure they have surveillance video that they can see & laugh as well cause it was funny at the time. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ I didn't think much of it since it is a garage where cars are in & out constantly. And sure there would be some sort of car liquids or leaks. I didn’t let the staff know & quickly got into my car & left them not thinking much of it after & forgot about it until now. But if the survey reaches the right person, just please let them know to check their floors cause I’d hate if a small child or elderly person was to slip & get hurt. I’m aware accidents happen. Other than that I’ve never had an issue & love the dealership & will always do business with them for as long as I live here. The staff was accommodating & friendly.
